Helping young adult cancer survivors live their best lives!
Peyman Moghaddam
Executive Director and Survivor
In 2002, at the end of his sophomore year in high school, Peyman was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. at the time, this was an often terminal form of cancer. From 2002-2005 Peyman underwent multiple treatments, spending many months in the hospital or in outpatient treatment. He missed almost all of the high school experience, but with the help of friends and a few teachers, he was able to graduate. Then with the great work of the dedicated doctors at Valley Childrens’ Hospital in Fresno, California, he found himself in complete remission. Years later after creating a successful life and career, Peyman has found his true calling- helping young adults who are recent cancer survivors build a life and thrive.

A life long friend of Peyman’s, Stacey has been along for the journey. Having the experience of seeing someone you love go through treatment, remission, and life after cancer brings a whole different perspective to the meaning of survivor. When Peyman decided to take this next leap, it was impossible not to jump as well.
